- For a minimum stay of 3 nights up to 6 nights a studio (for 2 persons) costs daily 42€ & an apartment (for 4 persons) costs 57€
- For a minimum stay of 7 nights or more a studio (for 2 persons) costs daily 36€ & an apartment (for 4 persons) costs 50€.
Notes Terms and Conditions
- Extra bed costs 10€ per day.
- We provide breakfast buffet on request - 6€ per person per day.
Cancellation and reservation.
- To apply a reservation is required a deposit by credit card or bank account!
- For reservations up to 2 nights - 1 night deposit required!
- For reservations of 3 nights or more - a 20% deposit of total rental for the months: May, June, July, September, October and a 20% deposit of total rental for August.
- Cancellation fees: In case of cancellation when done in more than 14 days full refund. Otherwise the deposit is lost!
- Failure to display the customer's deposit is lost!
- If the client's departure earlier than the agreed date charged 50% of the remaining stay!
Prices are in EUROS per room for 1 night and include VAT.
